In 2024, Do Well Do Good efficiently launched 5 NextGen Leaders Program focused on corporate, leadership and employability skills development of youths worldwide.
We successfully completed the last cohorts with over 7000+ participants. Now it is time for Ghanaian Leaders!!
WHAT THE PROGRAM OFFERS
The NextGen Ghanaian leaders Program is a tested program to train the next generation of young leaders above the age of 18 only in or from Ghana by developing their professional skills and spark their entrepreneurial mindset.
Join this FREE 3-week online transformative training program in corporate, leadership and employability skills development, learning what it means to be able to balance doing well and doing good and become a confident professional.
The program is open to all Youths from Ghana above the age of 18 and is designed to help them confidently succeed in a competitive global job market. It also features an exclusive Business Idea Competition.

Business Idea Competition
Business idea and Training
• Participants work on a business problem from Ghana.
• Participants will have to develop the final business pitch.
• Participants will receive a training on how to approach and prepare a business pitch by our expert trainer.
• This is completely optional; however, if they choose to participate, they must begin working on the idea from week 1.
Format of the Competition
• All participants who complete the online training program along with the one mandatory assignment is eligible to opt for the competition. They can participate either individually or in group all of whom have completed the training.
• Participants will have to start working on the idea from week 1 so that they are able to submit the case by the end of week 3.
• Top 5 cases will be selected for final presentation.
*The competition will only take place only if we receive atleast 25 valid quality submissions.
Winning Prizes
• Prize Money for First Place: GHS 3500
• Prize Money for Second Place: GHS 1700
• Top 5 ideas will receive 1:1 feedback from consultants.
• Top 2 winners will receive: winning certificates and social media feature.

The NextGen Ghanaian Leaders Program is a combination of online training, quizzes, short assignments, live webinars, business idea competition & networking all at one place on the training platform available for 3-week for participants.
