Sébastien created Do Well Do Good after working as a strategy consultant in the private and public sectors, notably at BCG and the Tony Blair Institute. Sébastien created Do Well Do Good to reconcile corporate performance with the pursuit of the greater good.

After many years working on industrialization policies in Africa at the World Bank, she joined Do Well Do Good to lead our education and consulting activities in Africa. She manages our offices in Togo and Ivory Coast, and will soon open a third office in Rwanda. Susan teaches leadership.

Maëla Gozan
Country Head Côte d’Ivoire
Maëla started at Do Well Do Good as a program manager. She has gradually climbed the ranks to become the country head in Togo, and she now manages our office in Ivory Coast. She has a passion for education and is often nicknamed ‘Mama Maëla’ by her students in Togo.

She is supported by an exceptional team who share her passion for teamwork.
