Sébastien created Do Well Do Good after working as a strategy consultant in the private and public sectors, notably at BCG and the Tony Blair Institute. Sébastien created Do Well Do Good to reconcile corporate performance with the pursuit of the greater good.

Pierre Catuli

Partner

Pierre has been a strategy consultant for 12 years, including at BCG. He leads the Paris consulting team, especially on Energy and Mobility topics and has advised many of our public sector clients e.g. on industrial policy. He is passionate about public policy and politics and regularly contributes to our Education programs in France and Africa

Hind Guedira

Associate Partner & Education Director

Hind joined Do Well Do Good after being a consultant at Bain & Company and completing the On Purpose program. She has a dual role: leading our consulting “Inclusive Jobs and Education” practice, and driving our education program targeted at talents from underprivileged backgrounds

Susan Kayonde

Associate Partner & Africa Director

After many years working on industrialization policies in Africa at the World Bank, she joined Do Well Do Good to lead our education and consulting activities in Africa. She manages our offices in Togo and Ivory Coast, and will soon open a third office in Rwanda. Susan teaches leadership.

Cécile Maurisset

Associate Partner

Cécile started her career at McKinsey and then worked in technology prior to joining Do Well Do Good. She leads our work on circular economy and has advised many of our clients in the mobility and energy sectors. She is passionate about geopolitics and also supports our Education programs as a coach

Maëla Gozan

Country Head Côte d’Ivoire

Maëla started at Do Well Do Good as a program manager. She has gradually climbed the ranks to become the country head in Togo, and she now manages our office in Ivory Coast. She has a passion for education and is often nicknamed ‘Mama Maëla’ by her students in Togo.

Lionel Aklikokou

Country Head Togo

Lionel joined Do Well Do Good in 2019 after completing a PhD in Public Administration. What motivates him the most is the impact he can have, both strategically and by helping and training the new generation in Togo.

Debosmita Bhowmick

Future Leaders Program Head

Debosmita obtained her master’s degree in social sciences from TISS, Mumbai, and worked for major diplomatic missions in India to promote higher education programs, thus creating global networks of knowledge, partnerships, and student exchanges. She is supported by an exceptional team who share her passion for teamwork.
