The NextGen Indian leaders Program is a tested program to train the next generation of young leaders above the age of 18 in India by developing their professional skills.

NextGen Indian Leaders program overview
In 2024, Do Well Do Good efficiently launched 4 NextGen Leaders Program focused on corporate, leadership and employability skills development of youths worldwide.
We successfully completed the last cohorts with over 5000+ participants. Now it is time for Indian Leaders!!

Strategy Case Competition
Strategy Case and Training
• Participants work on a case that will be provided by an organisation.
• Participants will have to develop the final case presentation.
• Participants will receive a training on how to solve a case by our expert.
• This is completely optional; however, if they choose to participate, they must begin working on the case from week 1.
Format of the Competition
• All participants who complete the online training program along with the one mandatory assignment is eligible to opt for the case-competition.
• Participants will have to start working on the case from week 1 so that they are able to submit the case by the end of week 3.
• Top 3 cases will be selected for final presentation.
Winning Prizes
• Prize Money for Winner: INR 50,000
• Top 5 case solutions will receive 1:1 feedback from consultants.
• Top 3 winners will receive: winning certificates, a winning trophy and will be featured on social media
