1. We do not guarantee placement of students. 

2. This form is to be filled only by a start-up founder or representative.

3. The students are responsible for their own commitment, punctuality to the project and the coordinator should reach out to the program manager well on time to address any challenges with students. You will have the opportunity to grade them through the feedback form at the end of the project.
